As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how my friendly and helpful experience began at check-in, guided by Mr Jean Paul, who even suggested arranging everything for my family before their arrival, allowing us all to settle in smoothly. additionally, being just a short walk away from the serene Safa Park made my morning strolls so delightful and refreshing.

I expected a lot from my stay but was left disappointed. The hotel failed to inform me about the adult pool and main breakfast hall closures, which really put a damper on my plans. Furthermore, the food was shockingly overpriced and lacked flavor, making it hard to justify the costs. It was a frustrating experience given the hotel's supposed reputation.
